On Tuesday evening, The CW will air a pair of specials focusing on the live-action world of the DC Comics Extended Universe. Part of the hour-long program block is the Kevin Smith-hosted "DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League," which promises a new trailer for the highly anticipated "Suicide Squad."

In anticipation of and to promote the event, director David Ayer and cast members of "Suicide Squad" have tweeted out new posters for the film. Ayer released a team poster where each character has been drawn as nothing but a skull, while individual posters were revealed by the actors.

The stylish full team image is to the right, while the individual posters of the Worst. Heroes. Ever. are available below.

It feels good to be bad...Assemble a team of the world's most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government's disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren't picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it's every man for himself?

Featuring DC characters including Deadshot (played by Will Smith) and Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and directed by David Ayer, "Suicide Squad" is scheduled for release on Aug. 5, 2016. The "DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League" special will air on January 19 at 9:30 p.m./8:30 p.m. Central on The CW, a half hour after the "DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Their Time is Now" special airs.
