Mutants, monkeys and Moses, oh my!

Empire magazine's look ahead at 2014's movie offerings continues this week, with a slew of new photos for three of Fox's most anticipated films: X-Men: Days of Future Past, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Exodus.

The behind-the-scenes look at X-Men (pictured above) features several of the film's 1970s-era characters suited up in '70s style, with director Bryan Singer right at the center of the action.

The Dawn of the Planet of the Apes image shows actor Andy Serkis in a super-suit of his own, fully clothed in motion-capture gear as he brings Caesar roaring back to life.

Finally, Christian Bale makes his debut appearance as Moses in director Ridley Scott's Exodus, a retelling of the Biblical epic.

All three movies will have entered theaters by this time next year, with release dates as follows:

• X-Men: Days of Future Past on May 23, 2014

• Dawn of the Planet of the Apes on July 11, 2014

• Exodus on Dec. 12, 2014
