In a new promo for "Dark Waters," the mid-season finale of "Arrow," Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) targets Oliver Queen's family and friends in his war against Star City. In addition the an overwhelming presence of Ghosts, Darhk also seems to have gotten his hands on Felicity -- and that means she's in some real trouble.
