Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment have teamed up with General Mills for four new, all-ages "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" comics, which will be available inside specially marked boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Trix and Golden Grahams through April 2016.

Batman and Superman will team up across four exclusive comic books, which are written and illustrated by DC Comics artists: "Playground Heroes," written by Jeff Parker with art by R.B. Silva and Jose Marzan Jr.; "Field Trip," written by Christos Gage with art by Federico Dallocchio; "Picture Proof," written by Marguerite Bennett with art by Marcus To; "Lights Out," written by Joshua Williamson with art by Eduardo Pansica and Art Thibert.

According to the official statement, "the storylines in the comics are based on life lessons, from the importance of diverse opinions to what it truly means to be a hero."

Additionally, the cereals will also include a Blippar-activated augmented reality/interactive game that will allow fans to help Superman or Batman save the city. The promotion will offer other surprises as well, such as a television ad featuring the Dark Knight and Blue Boy Scout.
