After a four-week break, "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns with a new episode on Tuesday, and it looks like this one will focus on Agent Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) and a new mystery Inhuman.

The minute-long clip looks like it might have been edited together especially for this sneak peek, with the scene shifting quickly between Simmons' arrival at the government facility and her suiting up in biohazard gear so she can safely view the Terrigenesis cocoon.

There don't seem to be many clues as to who is inside the cocoon, or what they might become. The official network synopsis isn't much more help: "With the loss of half the team, the remaining members search for answers as the clock counts down for Ghost Rider, on 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'"
