Over the weekend I visited Paris as a guest of the Paris Comics Expo, where they did an exhibition based on my Comic Book Legends Revealed column.

Here are a few photos of the con...

Here is the sign for the exhibit...

Here is a quick shot of one side of the exhibit...

Here's a detail of one of the panels (there were four groups - Batman legends, Wonder Woman legends, Superman legends and then a series of Chew Easter Eggs for Easter Eggs fans)...

Here are various shots of people checking the exhibit out...

I took a video of the exhibit before the first day began...

And here's a shot of a beer I got at a stand Brooklyn Brewery had for their new superhero brand of beer, "Defender"...

It just amused me that I flew out from New York to Paris to get Brooklyn Brewery.

The good folks at Huginn & Muninn let me use their booth for a signing on Sunday. I sold a copy of my book and a nice fellow, Morgan (who popped up in the comments the other day) stopped by and I signed his copies of Was Superman a Spy and Why Does Batman Carry Shark Repellent.

I gave a talk on Sunday about Comic Book Legends Revealed. It was awesome, if sparsely attended (going on opposite the awards for best cosplay costume is tough scheduling ;)).

I got to have lunch with Kenny Baker!

I attended a few other talks and they were interesting, besides me being mostly lost due to not understanding French. One panel brought out Alan Davis for questions and it was pretty funny. "Are you interested in playing in the Star Wars sandbox of characters?" "No."

It was a fun trip and I hope the attendees of Paris Comics Expo enjoyed the exhibition!
