With her debut in 2013, Marvel's Kamala Khan -- better known as Ms. Marvel -- almost immediately struck a chord with fans, leading to an award-winning comic series, appearances in video games and on the animated "Avengers Assembles," and even a name-check by President Obama. Now the teen superhero can add LEGO minifigure to her list of accomplishments.

Images of three upcoming Marvel Super Heroes LEGO sets have surfaced on Amazon Japan, revealing the Ms. Marvel figure as part of "Captain America Jet Pursuit," alongside the Sentinel of Liberty himself and ... the Super-Adaptoid. It's an offbeat set, to be sure.

Reflecting Ms. Marvel's superpowers, which include the ability to alter her size and stretch or expand her body, the minifigure boasts elongated arms and enormous hands, which would seem to be a first for LEGO.

The sets also include the LEGO debut of Phil Coulson, who arrives in "Iron Man: Detroit Steel Strikes" behind the wheel of Lola, his flying red 1962 Corvette from "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Presumably this time you'll actually be allowed to touch Lola.

The third Marvel Super Heroes set is "Hulk vs. Red Hulk," which was previewed in July at Comic-Con International in San Diego. It includes minifigures of Hulk and Red Hulk (obviously), plus She-Hulk and Red She-Hulk, and two vehicles.

Brick fanatics should be able to purchase all three LEGO sets early next year.
