The heroes of "Legends of Tomorrow" have traveled all across modern history, from the Old West up to the Reagan years. Next week's episode of the CW series, an installment titled "Camelot/3000," will see the team travel way back in time to the days of Arthurian legend. Yep, the Legends are about to literally go medieval.

The promo for the episode features the team coming face to face with legendary figures from the tales of King Arthur, and it also features a mind-blowing shot of Ray Palmer in full sword-swinging action. Could that weapon be a piece of future tech, or is it Excalibur? Watch and form your own theories below.

ALL FOR ONE — The Legends continue their quest to hunt down the Spear of Destiny before the pieces fall into the hands of the Legion of Doom. The Legends discover that pieces of the Spear are each being guarded in different time periods by members of the JSA. Their first stop is the future where they find Dr. Mid-Nite (guest star Kwesi Ameyaw) which eventually leads them to the past and King Arthur’s Camelot, where Stargirl (guest star Sarah Grey) is protecting her piece of the Spear. In order to protect the Spear shard from the now-evil Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), the Legends must join forces with the Knights of the Round Table. Caity Lotz, Franz Drameh, Victor Garber, Brandon Routh, Nick Zano, Dominic Purcell, and Maisie Richardson-Sellers also star. Antonio Negret directed the episode written by Anderson MacKenzie.

The title of this episode is a nod to the 12-issue miniseries “Camelot 3000,” by Mike W. Barr and Brian Bolland. The series, which was released from 1982 to 1985, propelled King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table into the year 3000. That doesn’t seem to be the plot of this episode; instead, the title seems to reference the fact that the Waverider crew travels from the far future (perhaps the year 3000) to Camelot. We’ve already seen a number of pictures from the production of this episode back in December. Those pictures showed Ray Palmer and Citizen Steel in full on Arthurian armor.

Airing Tuesdays at 9 pm ET/PT on The CW, "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" stars Brandon Routh as the Atom, Victor Garber and Franz Drameh as Firestorm, Caity Lotz as White Canary, Maisie Richardson-Seller as Vixen, Dominic Purcell as Heatwave and Nick Zano as Citizen Steel.
