Marvel Comics has released first looks at new covers for Peter David's "X-Factor" and Brian Michael Bendis' "Powers: Bureau." The "X-Factor" covers include David Yardin's covers for today's milestone "X-Factor" #250 and its interlocking cover for #251. Also revealed were future covers for issues #252 and #253. "X-Factor" #250 begins Peter David's highly anticipated storyline "Hell on Earth War," which the writer first mentioned in "The Incredible Hulk" #418 in 1994.

The publisher also released a first look at variant covers for Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming's fan-favorite Marvel Icon series "Powers," which returns February 13 as "Powers: Bureau" -- one by former "Ultimate Comics Spider-Man" artist David Lafuente and another by Bendis' "Daredevil" collaborator David Mack.
