The corporate synergy between Marvel Studios and its Disney overlords has always been strong, and next week it's getting even stronger with regards to the studio's next big picture.

Tonight during a broadcast of ABC's "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," the studio declared that a trailer for hotly anticipated sequel "Avengers: Age of Ultron" is imminent. The Joss Whedon follow up to the 2012 megahit superteam movie wrapped production earlier this year, and fans will get a first look at the result during next week's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." episode.

Of course, the specific language used at the end of this week's episode declared that the "Age of Ultron" trailer would make its "world broadcast premiere" next Tuesday. Does that mean the trailer might pop up online between now and then? Stranger things have happened, so viewers itching to opine on the Avengers next big screen outing should be on notice.

Stay tuned for more on "Age of Ultron" as soon as it breaks, and check out SPINOFF ONLINE's latest "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." recap tomorrow morning.
