Marvel today announced the creative teams for their upcoming 10-part Generations series, which will see classic versions of many Marvel heroes team up with their current counterparts in the mysterious, continuity-free environment known as the Vanishing Point before. The news also comes with the reveal of 10 covers -- a mix of regular covers and variants -- that will adorn the Generations series.

Describing the series, which Marvel has already assured fans won't spark a big crossover, Marvel Senior Vice President and Executive Editor Tom Brevoort said, “Generations unites the present day heroes of the Marvel Universe with their forebearers from the past in order to chart the course of the future!”
Brevoort said the 10-issue series will act a stepping stones for each issue's respective characters that will hint at big developments down the road.
