Marvel announces free 2002 Convention Preview Book

If you haven’t already done so, make plans to head to Philadelphia, PA the
weekend of May 10th – 12th… because this will be your first chance of the
convention season to meet your favorite Marvel creators & editors — and see
all of the hot new comics they’re working on! With Spider-Man and the X-Men
topping the charts every month — and all sorts of fresh creators joining
the Marvel Knights, Ultimate and MAX lines — The House is back in a big
way. And Editor In Chief Joe Quesada wants to celebrate the Marvel rebirth
by meeting all of you — and giving you a free 2002 MARVEL CONVENTION

Limited to just a few thousand copies, this 32-page, full-color promo book
not only features a sketch/autograph section, but also reveals images from
the key comics coming your way later this year, like SPIDER-MAN/BLACK CAT
and all three THE CALL miniseries. And did we mention that it’s absolutely
free to everyone that visits the Marvel Booth? The way we figure it, if
you’re fan enough to make it to the con, then you deserve something cool
from us!

So who can you get to sign your PREVIEW BOOK? The assembled force of Marvel
creators that will be on hand at the Marvel Booth in Philly include John

The movie is here, the new MTV cartoon is on the way, and the wall-crawler’s
books are hotter than ever! Find out what’s next for the web-slinger as
editor Axel Alonso answers all!

5:00 – 6:00 THE X-MEN!

From NEW X-MEN to the X-STATIX, Marvel’s mutants continue to capture the
industry’s attention. Now it’s your chance to find out what’s coming next as
Grant Morrison, Frank Quitely and more answer your questions!

III. Sunday, May 12th:

3:00 – 4:00 MARVEL HEROES!

What do Mark Waid and Mike Wieringo have planned for the FF? What’s on the
