SPOILER WARNING: This article contains major spoilers for tonight's episode of "The Walking Dead," "Heads Up," which has not aired on the west coast as of publication.

Are the spoiler-wary gone? Good. If you're reading this, you probably already know that Glenn (Steven Yeun is very much alive after we last saw him four weeks ago in "Thank You." What's more is that he survived in the exact same way most theories posited, getting shielded by the corpse of Nicholas (Michael Traynor), then crawling out from under it to take shelter under the nearby dumpster he was just standing on. And yes, those were Nicholas' guts being chowed on by zombies, not Glenn's.

The show's writers get all of this out of the way in the pre-credits sequence, but as one cliffhanger is resolved, a new one is introduced. At the episode's end, the lookout tower tumbles and takes out a huge section of the wall. Presumably, that means a walker invasion for next week's midseason finale, not to mention a host of other threats to Alexandria, from the imprisoned Wolf to Ron and his shiny new gun and the mysterious group (probably the Saviors) viewers met last week. It looks like it'll be a grim Thanksgiving weekend, to say the least.
