As Julian Albert, Barry Allen's new CSI rival on "The Flash," Harry Potter alumnus Tom Felton has already shown his snide side. But there's more to Julian than mere condescension. In a new clip from tonight's episode, "Magenta," the newest resident of Central City unleashes some wrath, and with potentially disastrous results.

In this new scene, Julian chases a mysterious young woman (guest star Joey King) through the police station, earning bewildered stares from his colleagues and a biting reproval from Joe West (Jesse L. Martin). But the real pain seems destined to follow, as the clip's final moments see the girl change from harmless teenager to classic "Flash" villain Magenta. Whether in the Arrowverse or the Wizarding World, Felton's characters never seem to learn that you shouldn't mess with people who've got both superpowers and anger management issues.

EARTH-2 WELLS AND JESSE RETURN TO CENTRAL CITY — Barry (Grant Gustin) and Team Flash are thrilled to reunite with Earth-2 Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and Jesse (guest star Violett Beane). Wells confides to Barry and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) that Jesse has all the powers of a speedster and has been saving people on his Earth. He is concerned about her safety and wants them to talk her out of using her powers. Meanwhile, Magenta, (guest star Joey King) a new meta who can control metal, terrorizes the city. Armen V. Kevorkian directed the episode written by Judalina Neira & David Kob (#303).

Starring Grant Gustin as the Scarlet Speedster, "The Flash" airs Tuesdays at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW. The series also stars Jesse L. Martin, Tom Cavanagh, Carlos Valdes, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Keiynan Lonsdale and more.
