Defenders: Luke Cage Meets [REDACTED] in Latest Teaser Clip

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains spoilers for the upcoming first season of Marvel’s Defenders.

Daredevil‘s Foggy Nelson meets the Power Man himself, Luke Cage, in a brand new teaser clip for Marvel’s The Defenders.

In the clip, Foggy — who’s current relationship with Matt Murdock isn’t so great — is talking to Luke. He offers the services of the firm he now works for, Hogarth, Chao and Benowitz, to help Luke get his life back on track after his second bout of imprisonment. Judging from every trailer and image released thus far, there’s a good chance Luke will opt to form a team of misfits to take down The Hand and Sigourney Weaver’s Alexandra instead.

This isn’t the only time we’ll see characters from different Marvel series come together when The Defenders is released next week on Netflix. In the trailer alone we saw Jessica Jones and Daredevil meet in a room shared with none other than Luke Cage‘s Misty Knight. Other such character crossover meetings are all but assured when the the 8-episode series launches this month.
