The Punisher, who has no super abilities, frequently uses guns as his weapon of choice, though he is also a highly skilled combatant.

The second season of Netflix's Marvel Studios series will feature the debut of an all-new Punisher, played by Bernthal. Marvel described this take on the characters as "a vigilante who aims to clean up New York City's Hell's Kitchen by any means necessary, no matter how lethal the results."
