LOOK: Ezekiel Makes His "Walking Dead" Debut at SDCC

"Teen Titans" voice actor Khary Payton has been confirmed to appear as the character Ezekiel in Season 7 of "The Walking Dead."

In the "Walking Dead" Season 7 trailer revealed at Comic-Con International: San Diego today, it was confirmed that actor Khary Payton will make his debut on the series as the character Ezekiel in the upcoming season. Payton is perhaps best known for voicing Cyborg on the "Teen Titans" and "Teen Titans GO!" animated series.

In the comics, Ezekiel is the leader of a community called "The Kingdom" -- thus, he's referred to as "King." A wise and optimistic (yet, very eccentric) man, Ezekiel is called upon by Rick Grimes to help him defeat Negan and the Saviors.
