Fans can expect some changes for the God of Mischief in the upcoming Disney+ series, Loki.

"It is a constant source of surprise and delight that these films have connected with people," Tom Hiddleston told The Hollywood Reporter. "I knew he was a complex figure. Intelligent yet vulnerable. Angry and lost and broken and witty. I thought it was an amazing opportunity and it’s grown into this network of movies. I could never have expected it. I feel very fortunate that this character has connected with people."

The actor also avoided spoiling any major details about the upcoming show, but did add, "All I can tell you is that it is called Loki. It is a new departure ... but I can’t explain why."

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently shared concept art for the series at the Walt Disney Company's Investor Day. The image showed the God of Mischief walking away from a theater that was advertising Jaws. This led some to speculate the show could take place in the past, but no official details have been released.
