We've seen Tony Stark and even the 1990s "X-Men" animated series undergo the "Logan" treatment, so it was perhaps inevitable that the trailer for the Wolverine film would receive a makeover of its own -- in LEGO.

Utilizing minifigures, bricks, red Play-Doh and the haunting voice of Johnny Cash, YouTube user thebrickranger recreated the much-discussed first trailer for director James Mangold's film. With the same dialogue and the same cover of Nine Inch Nails' "Hurt," the animated LEGO recreation is nearly as emotionally charged as the original -- which just goes to show that Johnny Cash makes everything better.

Hugh Jackman's ninth and final appearance as Wolverine, "Logan" is set years after the epilogue 2014's "X-Men: Days of Future Past," as an aging Logan, whose healing factor has begun to fail, and Charles Xavier protect a young girl named Laura from sinister forces.

Although "Logan" may be Jackman's mutant swan song, Fox is far from finished with the X-Men. Beyond a "Deadpool" sequel and director Josh Boone's "New Mutants," both of which are targeted to begin production in 2017, the studio is reportedly eyeing a reboot of the X-Men franchise. That's in addition to the long-discussed Gambit film, and "X-Force."

Opening March 3, 2017, "Logan" also stars Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant, Dafne Keen, Eriq La Salle, Elise Neal and Elizabeth Rodriguez.
