Digital comics publisher Lion Forge has announced its acquisition of fellow comic publisher Magnetic Press in a deal that will see the latter rebranded as the Magnetic Collection at Lion Forge Comics, a curated banner functioning across all Lion Forge imprints.

Along with the acquisition of Magnetic Press' catalog of creator-centric titles, the move will see Magnetic's former publisher and president, Mike Kennedy, join Lion Forge Comics under the job title of Creative Director of the Magnetic Collection.
