Before they get to fixing the timestream, DC's Legends of Tomorrow are going to have another big problem on their hands: dinosaurs. On Twitter, executive producer Marc Guggenheim revealed new storyboard art from the very first episode of Season 3 that finds the team -- and the audience -- staring down a T-rex.

According to this storyboard, the episode opens with "dinosaur roaring into cam" before the shot cuts to the downed Waverider, which is still smoking from its crash landing. The camera then "tilts/lowers" "to find our heroes" with an "angle to cheat out Waverider at end of street."

At the end of Season 2, the Legends were forced to break one of the rules of time in order to stop the Legion of Doom and, in doing so, they "broke" time. When they were forced out of the temporal zone by a time storm, they landed in Los Angeles in 2017. There, they encountered a cityscape with artifacts from different time periods, from old clock towers and futuristic towers with spiraling architecture to -- yes -- dinosaurs.

Premiering on the CW on Tuesday, October 10, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’s third season will star Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer, Nick Zano as Nick Heywood, Victor Garber as Professor Martin Stein and Franz Drameh as Jefferson “Jax” Jackson.
