Back in July, The CW announced that Reverse Flash, Malcolm Merlyn, Captain Cold and Damien Darhk would face off against Rip Hunter and his crew in "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2. That promise seems to be coming to fruition in episode 10, which is aptly titled "Legion of Doom."

Executive producer Marc Guggenheim revealed the episode title by posting a photo of the script cover to his Twitter. It is unclear at this time if this will be the first time these four villains will team up or if the episode will focus primarily on the conflict between the Legends and the Legion.

"Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 will run for 13 episodes, which means "Legion of Doom" -- the tenth episode -- falls closer to the end of the season. Though Damien Darhk and Reverse Flash have both turned up within the first three episodes of the season, they are not joined by a common cause, at least so far as the audience can see. Wentworth Miller's Captain Cold was a season regular in Season 1 before his heroic death, so it's unclear how he will return to the "Arrow"-verse at this time. Likewise, Malcolm Merlyn -- who has appeared over the past four seasons of "Arrow" -- has not yet turned up in the series.

The episode is written by Guggenheim and fellow executive producer Phil Klemmer. Eric Laneuville will direct.

Airing Thursdays at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW, "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" stars Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter, Brandon Routh as the Atom, Victor Garber and Franz Drameh as Firestorm, Caity Lotz as White Canary, Maisie Richardson-Seller as Vixen, Dominic Purcell as Heatwave and Nick Zano as Citizen Steel.
