"DC's Legends of Tomorrow" are going medieval. In a new photo on his Instagram, star Nick Zano revealed a new look at "Camelot/3000," an upcoming episode of the series. The photo pairs Citizen Steel with the Atom, and both of them are decked out in armor and chain mail.

"Snow, rain, mud and stunts," Zano captioned the photo, indicating that there will indeed be some action in the scene captured in the photo. Fortunately, it seems that Ray Palmer has his Atom suit on underneath his full suit of armor, which will assuredly give them a leg up over the angry mob they face.

The episode title is obviously a nod to “Camelot 3000,” a 12-issue miniseries by Mike W. Barr and Brian Bolland. The series, which was released from 1982 to 1985, propelled King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table into the year 3000. There, the reincarnated cast of characters found themselves in an overpopulated future, but they faced the same enemy: Morgan Le Fay. This time around, however, she led an alien invasion. Merlin, Guinevere and Mordred are also involved. The series also occasionally flashed back to the original Arthurian legend.

However, it’s important to note that the “Legends” title is formatted differently than that of the original DC Comics miniseries. The show’s version includes a slash between “Camelot” and “3000,” which could indicate that the two time periods are not conjoined like they were in the miniseries. As they possess a timeship, the Legends could easily flip back and forth between medieval England and the future; from this glimpse of the episode, it certainly seems as though they'll hang out in the Dark Ages for at least a little while. Nevertheless, it’s likely this title was chosen for a specific purpose that will become clear when the episode airs.
