The lightsaber-wielding villain of the blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens will soon become a fixture at Disney Parks.

The entertainment giant has announced that, beginning next month, visitors to the Star Wars Launch Bay attractions at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, and Disney's Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida, will come face to face with Kylo Ren on the bridge of his First Order Star Destroyer.

The Star Wars Launch Bay is described as an immersive experience, complete with replica props, models and costumes from the movie saga, and behind-the-scenes videos. Both Disney parks also feature such Star Wars experiences as Star Tours -- The Adventure Continues and Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple.

Construction begins this month and Disneyland and Disney World on 14-acre Star Wars-themed lands, described as Disney's “largest single-theme land expansion ever.” No opening dates have been announced.
