Kingsman fans, mark your calendars. This September, Kingsman: The Red Diamond -- the six-issue followup to Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons' The Secret Service comic series -- will hit shelves with Rob Williams and Simon Fraser at the helm.

The Secret Service writer Mark Millar announced Red Diamond on Twitter in April, but didn't release any other details about the upcoming series. Now, Entertainment Weekly reports that Millar and Gibbons won't return for the series. Instead, writer Rob Williams and artist Simon Fraser will take over.

Speaking to EW, Williams and Fraser didn't reveal much about the plot, other than the fact it involves "another megalomaniacal villain" whose evil lair "may or may not be right at the bottom of the ocean" and a hunchbacked henchman, or "hunchman".

However, the new creative team did discuss the emotional focal point of the new series: Eggsy's solidified role as a Kingsman agent. "The journey for him is learning that you can’t leave your past behind," Williams explained. "He is still the same guy, every inch the child of council houses of Peckham where he grew up, as much as he is the debonair spy."

Though it's not clear how much time has passed between Secret Service and Red Diamond, Eggsy seems to have it all: the spy life, a beautiful girlfriend and a pretty dapper suit. According to Fraser, though, the question is: "Is this really him, is this really his life?"

When asked if Red Diamond will continue the previous comic's (and movie's) signature over-the-top violence, Fraser said, "Let’s just say it’s encouraging me to research drawing some areas of human anatomy I hadn’t really considered drawing before, bits of the body you don’t normally see."
