Kevin Smith's much-discussed sequel to "Mallrats" is called "MallBrats," the filmmaker revealed this morning.

"IT'S MALL OR NOTHING!" he wrote on Facebook. "20 years in the making. 113 pages fulla old friends, new jokes and a bloody battle with Stan Lee! This is for you, Jim. Wish you were here ... #MallBrats" The post is accompanied by a photo of himself and producer Jim Jacks on the set of the original film, and a shot of the cover of the first draft of the sequel, dated May 9.

Jacks, whose credits also include "Tombstone," "Dazed and Confused" and "The Mummy" franchise, passed away in January 2014, spurring Smith to make the sequel.

Smith hasn't revealed a lot about the lot of "MallBrats," but we do know it involves the destruction of a mall, and, well, "a bloody battle with Stan Lee." Much of the cast from the 1995 comedy is returning for the sequel, including Jason Lee, Shannen Doherty, Jeremy London, Joey Lauren Adams, Michael Rooker, Ethan Suplee and the aforementioned Stan Lee.
