DC Comics has ended the week on a conspicuous note, releasing a slew of new artwork — variant covers and unlettered interior pages — from its upcoming January “Justice League of America: Rebirth” one-shots, which lead into the new “Justice League of America” ongoing series in February, from the team of writer Steve Orlando and artist Ivan Reis.
First, from “Justice League of America: The Atom Rebirth” by Steve Orlando and Andy McDonald and scheduled for release on Jan. 4,” here’s a variant cover, by McDonald, and two interior pages.
“Justice League of America: Vixen Rebirth” follows on Jan. 11, from co-writers Orlando and Jody Houser, with art by Jamal Campbell — here’s a variant cover from Campbell, and two pages.
Then on Jan. 18 comes “Justice League of America: The Ray Rebirth,” written by Orlando with art by Stephen Byrne. Here’s a variant by Byrne, and two pages.
Rounding out the month on Jan. 25 is “Justice League of America: Killer Frost Rebirth,” co-written by Orlando and Houser, with art by Mirka Andolfo. You can guess the pattern by now — take a look at a variant by Andolfo, and two pages from inside the issue.
“Justice League of America” #1 is scheduled for release on Feb. 22.
