Ahead of the debut of the next Justice League trailer on Sunday, fans can get a glimpse of new footage in a promotional tie-in with Mercedes-Benz.

The focus is, of course, the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo driven in the film by Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne, and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet used by Gal Gadot's Diana Prince.

As Justice League producer Charles Roven reveals in an accompanying "making of" video, director Zack Synder first spotted the GT as a concept car designed by Mercedes for the Gran Turismo video game. "It was never a real, functioning vehicle," he said, "and because Ben Affleck, who plays Bruce Wayne and Batman, is 6-4,  in order to make it work for our needs, they expanded the car about 10 percent when they built it out."
