There was a time when humanity was offered relatively few glimpses of the wildlife that populates the globe's deepest jungles. But now, thanks to actor Kevin Hart's Instagram account, one can see the rare cast of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's "Jumanji" in their natural habitat.

Take a look at Hart's photo from the upcoming "Jumanji" revival -- the first pic that's been revealed from the film thus far -- which includes includes Johnson, Hart and fellow cast members Jack Black and Karen Gillan, below:

Johnson said previously that the reboot won't be a reboot at all -- something this image and the costuming within it both seem to confirm.

"This new movie will NOT be a remake or reboot of the original. It will be a CONTINUATION of the awesome JUMANJI adventure 20 years later," Johnson wrote in an Instagram post in August, adding that he and his fellow producers intend to "honor the legend of "Alan Parrish" and properly introduce a whole new generation to the fun and crazy JUMANJI universe that so many of us loved."

While the shared photo showcases four of the film's noble cast members, the elusive Nick Jonas, of the Jonas genus, has once again escaped the photographer's lens.

"Jumanji" is due to roar into theaters July 28, 2017.
