This illstration for 2013's Man of Steel depicts Superman standing proudly atop what appears to be an asteroid, with Krypton's destruction serving as a backdrop. On the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition, fans can see Lee's take on Superman and an armored Batman as embroiled in the nighttime brawl from the 2016 movie.

A steelbook is highly sought-after collectible packaging for home entertainment media such as Blu-ray and video games. Fans value them for their iconic designs, special finishes and, as seen here, their ability to showcase artwork.

The Man of Steel and Batman v Superman steelbook editions will be released Oct. 31 by Warner Home Video.

The DC Comics heroes will next been Nov. 17 in Justice League, starring Ben Affleck's Batman. Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman, with the cast rounded out by Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen Queen Hippolyta, and J. K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.
