With a second season on the way and plenty of people still discovering the first season on Netflix, the Twitter account for Marvel’s “Jessica Jones” has remained active since the show’s debut — and now it’s dropped a potentially major hint about the future of Marvel’s line of Netflix shows.
A new image posted to the show’s Twitter account features a file folder labeled “Cage” with the date “November” scrawled on it in pen.

It’s possible that this image is hinting that “Luke Cage,” Marvel’s third Netflix series, will debut this November on the streaming service. “Luke Cage” should be ready to go by then; it’s been filming in New York City since last September.
It’s also possible, although may be more far-fetched, that this teaser is hinting that season two of “Jessica Jones” will arrive in November and be Luke Cage-centric; season one of “Jones” dropped in November 2015, so a November 2016 return isn’t unreasonable. After all, “Daredevil” seasons one and two are hitting Netflix 11 months apart, so there is precedence for that kind of turnaround. If that’s the case, then it’s likely that “Luke Cage” would arrive on Netflix sometime between “Daredevil’s” March 18 return and November. “Cage” did start filming last fall, so it’s not unreasonable to expect that it’s eyeing a release date sooner than November.
“Daredevil” season two arrives on Netflix on March 18; another Marvel series — either “Jessica Jones” season two or “Luke Cage” season one — will most likely arrive in November.
