Sad news today as we've learned that Sam Loeb, son of writer Jeph Loeb, died yesterday after a three year battle with cancer. He was 17 years old.

In 2004 Sam made his own contribtuon to the comics industry writing a segment in Dark Horse's Tales of the Vampires" #5. The story was illustrated by frequent Jeph Loeb collaborator Tim Sale.
