Curious about Groot's dialogue in Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2"? For now, director James Gunn and star Vin Diesel are the only two who know.

However, on Friday the filmmaker tweeted an image Friday evening teasing a "Groot Version" of the movie's script, which contains each of Groot's lines in English. As Gunn points out in the accompanying text, only he and Diesel possess a copy of the special script.

Groot of course communicates by repeating the phrase "I am Groot," using different inflections, which ma,es it difficult for the other characters (except Rocket Raccoon) to understand what he's saying. When we last saw the sentient, tree-like alien in the 2014 film, he had been reborn as a much younger (and adorable) version of himself.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently compared Baby Groot to the resurrected Spock from the "Star Trek" films, explaining, “He remembers. He’s not mentally a baby, he is still Groot … I sort of equate it to Spock circa the end of ‘Search for Spock’ and ‘The Voyage Home.'”

Arriving May 5, 2017, "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" also stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, Glenn Close, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, Chris Sullivan and Kurt Russell.
