Jackie Chan, John Cusack and Adrien Brody are the unlikely stars of "Dragon Blade," the epic adventure that centers on the equally unlikely friendship between a Chinese soldier and a Roman general.

Dubbed "a worldwide phenomenon" in this second trailer, the film grossed about $120 million in China, it's set for U.S. release on Sept. 4.

Brody stars as corrupt Roman leader Tiberius, who's determined to use his large army to claim the Silk Road. However, he faces opposition when Huo An (Chan) and his group of trained warriors team with an elite legion of defected Roman soldiers led by General Lucius (Cusack) to maintain the delicate balance of power in the region.

"Dragon Blade" is written and directed by Daniel Lee (“Black Mask”) and produced by Jackie Chan and Susanna Tsang.
