Melissa Benoist's Girl of Steel goes head to head with a car in a new image from the upcoming second season of "Supergirl."

No context is given. Is Supergirl stopping the getaway of a criminal by crushing down on their vehicle’s hood? Or is Kara merely having a bad day while crossing the street?

Debuting in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, the image accompanies an article in which executive producer Andrew Kreisberg addresses "Supergirl's" move from CBS to The CW, and from Los Angeles to Vancouver.

The show "would've started to feel very small if we continued in L.A.," he said, contrasting the constraints of shooting in a studio with the locations available in Vancouver. "That was one of the reason we made the decision to move, so that we could get scope and go out in the streets.

"So yes, it might be a little rainy once in a while, and we might see her breath," Kreisberg continued, "but it's going to be worth it because the show is actually going to feel bigger."

"Supergirl" Season 2 premieres Monday, Oct. 10, on The CW.
