With the premiere of Iron Man 3 only weeks away, the focus shifts to Phase Two of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as fans and news sites search for any details about Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy (OK, and Ant-Man, too, but that's Phase Three). Last week that resulted in widely circulated concept art and stills discovered through the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One – Avengers Assembled Blu-ray box set, and today it brings a potential preview of what Captain America's costume will look like in the 2014 sequel.

Courtesy of ComicBookMovie arrives what's likely licensing art for The Winter Soldier that shows a costume that has as much in common with what Chris Evans wore in 2011's The First Avenger as it does the one from last year's The Avengers. Here the chinstrap is back and, while it's difficult to see from the angle, the midriff stripes appear to be there, but they're more subdued. Note, too, the fingerless gloves and the suggestion of a shoulder holster.

Directed by brothers Anthony and Joe Russo, Captain America: The Winter Soldier also stars Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier), Toby Jones (Arnim Zola) and Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), along with Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson/Falcon), Emily VanCamp (Sharon Carter), Frank Grillo (Crossbones), Max Hernandez (Agent Jasper Sitwell) and Robert Redford as the head of S.H.I.E.L.D. The film opens April 4, 2014.
