With a little over a month until Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters, a new television spot has emerged featuring a confrontation between Peter Parker and Tony Stark.

In previous trailers for the film, we've seen Tony tell Peter to return the suit following his careless efforts to try and be the hero, with Peter insisting he is nothing without the suit. Now, in the TV spot below, we get to see Peter's argument against Stark, with the web-slinger insisting all Tony has to do is listen.

Check it out below.

Both Holland and Downey Jr. are set to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live this Sunday, June 4th, to promote the upcoming film as part of Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night. With Marvel and Sony using the NBA Finals to air promotional materials for the film, it's more than likely the duo will debut some sort of new footage during their appearance; especially with Disney set to air new footage from the film in a special today.

Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Homecoming is tracking for a $135 million opening, although more accurate estimates should become available as we near closer to the July 7 release.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
