Kara Zor-El makes her choice and decides to stand against her cousin in the latest trailer for "Injustice 2," telling Superman the symbol they wear is meant to instill hope, not fear.

The latest chapter in Warner Bros. Interactive and NetherRealms series of teasers revealing the game's storyline details opens with a dive to the past, revealing Kara's origin as a teen rocketed to Earth. From there, we see her lock up with Black Adam, demonstrating the character's power level and impressive finishing moves. We also see her make the decision to stand against her cousin's regime, as the trailer announces that the House of El has a new hero.

Additionally, a new piece of key art has been released, featuring Supergirl engaged in battle with an unseen opponent.
