Inhumans: Lockjaw Steals the Spotlight in Illustrated Poster

Lockjaw steals the show, and our hearts, in Karl Kerschl's illustrated mini-poster for Marvel's Inhumans.

With one week until Inhumans arrives in IMAX theaters, Marvel has unveiled an illustrated mini-poster that will be available Aug. 31 during preview screenings at select locations.

Drawn by Karl Kerschl (Teen Titans: Year One, Gotham Academy), the poster depicts Crystal, played on the series by Isabelle Cornish, with her frequent companion from the comics, the fan-favorite teleporting canine Lockjaw.

Based on the Marvel comic, the new television series explores the never-before-told adventure of the Inhuman royal family as they escape to Hawaii after a military coup.

The series stars Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Iwan Rheon as Maximus the Mad, Serinda Swan as Queen Medusa, Ken Leung as Karnak, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, Mike Moh as Triton and Sonya Balmores as Auran.

The first two episodes of Marvel’s Inhumans will debut in IMAX theaters on Sept. 1 for a two-week run, followed Sept. 29 by the show's broadcast premiere on ABC. The network will show the eight-episode first season of Inhumans in its entirety, including content from the first two episodes not seen in the IMAX run.
