Six North American comic book creators have joined forces to create a new publishing imprint called Two Headed Press (2HP). The creators behind Two Headed Press are Ed Brisson ("The Violent"), Ryan Ferrier ("Curb Stomp"), Tini Howard ("Secret Loves of Geek Girls"), Curt Pires ("The Forevers"), Fabian Rangel Jr. ("Doc Unknown"), and Christopher Sebela ("Welcome Back").

While the six creators are veterans of independent work, they've also produced content for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Image, and many other publishers. The purpose of launching Two Headed Press is to publish their own stories without having to wait for the approval of a larger company. There will be "an emphasis on offbeat, transgressive stories delivered to readers through crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter." Their goal is to "skip the middleman, do stories we've always wanted to do, and deliver comics right to you."

The 2HP line is "curated," which means every member has a voice in deciding what will be published. Also, each member will be in charge of running their own Kickstarter campaigns.

Fabian Rangel Jr. and Javier Caba's "Blood Brothers (Los Hermanos Sangre)" will be the first comic published under the imprint. It's Kickstarter campaign is currently funded at 85% in its first 24 hours.

Upcoming projects are the second volume of "The Violent" from Brisson, Adam Gorham, Michael Garland, and Tom Muller, a "comedy/crime/cooking comic" from Sebela, George Kambaidis, Lesley Atlansky, and Dylan Todd, and finally, a "bold new political series" called "Reality," by Pires, Alex Diotto, and Dee Cuniffe.
