When "The Flash" returns on January 24, it will find Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) racing through time to save the love of his life from the speed demon, Savitar. The mid-season finale saw Barry flung five months into the future, witnessing himself witnessing (time-travel gets messy, just go with it) this seasons' evil speedster stab Iris West (Candace Patton) in the back, literally.

A new video offers glimpses of the second half of the season, as Team Flash goes all in trying to save Iris from her fate, which is not yet sealed according to Executive Producer Aaron Helbing. There is also a tease of Killer Frost, Wally wearing his superhero wardrobe and the possible introduction of a new Rogue, Jared Morillo, aka Plunder. Plus lots... and lots... of writing on clear whiteboards.

With rumors of Grodd returning this season, and possibly a vocal villian appearing in the Supergirl/Flash crossover, the second half of Season 3 will keep the Scarlet Speedster and the Star Labs study group busy. It also appears that Plunder, or some version of Jared Morillo, is going to show up soon. The new footage shows his image and name on a news reports and an eye-patched villain taking some jewelry without paying for it.

Thankfully, Team Flash will have Jay Garrick around more in the second half, and Cisco is going to get some positive vibes from Gypsy.

Starring Grant Gustin as the Scarlet Speedster, “The Flash” airs Tuesdays at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW. The series also stars Jesse L. Martin, Tom Cavanagh, Carlos Valdes, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Keiynan Lonsdale and more.
