As part of Image Comics' 2016 Image Expo, writer Rick Remender and artist Jerome Opeña announced that they will reteam for a new series from the publisher that will debut this fall. The book is a fantasy series titled "Seven To Eternity," and it will be colored by Matt Hollingsworth and lettered by Rus Wooton.

"We follow a dying knight, who is a member of a disgraced family," Remender said. "He is afforded an opportunity to save the world from a malevolent evil known as the God of Whisperers. He controls the entire place with a prevalent fear. At the core of it, it's very much a story about compromise."

Remender called the book a "level up" for Opeña, who said he's inspired by Mœbius for the series.
