The founding members of Image Comics will reunite for a panel celebrating the comic book publisher’s 25th anniversary at this year’s Emerald City Comic-Con in Seattle, Washington.

The panel will bring together Image Comic’s founding members -- Todd McFarlane, Jim Valentino, Erik Larsen, Rob Liefeld, Marc Silvestri and Whilce Portacio -- in a panel hosted by “The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman. The panel is reminiscent of a similar one Image Comics organized in 2012 to celebrate the first Image Expo.

The ECCC panel will focus on the publisher’s first years, when the founding members left their respective positions at various comic book companies to form the creator owned-focused Image Comics. The panel will be followed by a signing in the Sheraton Hotel’s Grand Ballroom, next to the hosting convention center.

A lottery will also be held in which 300 badge-holding attendees will receive limited-edition posters, signed by Image Comics founding members. The lottery will take submissions on the ECCC website until February 21.

Comic book artist and writer Jim Lee is the only Image Comics founder not in attendance. Lee founded the publisher along with the other forming members, entering the comic book industry in 1987 as an artist for Marvel Comics.

Emerald City Comic-Con will be held at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington from March 2-5, 2017.
