Heroes, Avengers, Smallville: October 29th Comic Reel

HEROES

Heroes Wiki has an exclusive interview with actor Ntare Mwine, foreseeing some things about his role on the show. “He is sort of serving as a spiritual guide for the characters he has interacted with so far,” Mwine said. “Maybe it’s best to quote Tim Kring. I asked him how he saw the character, and he said he saw him as a Yoda-like figure. That actually gave me a lot of insight as to how he saw the character and the role he plays in terms of heroes and villains. He is one who tries to pull people to him for the forces of good.”

CBR News also has another installment of their “Behind the Eclipse” series, with writers/producers Joe Pokaski and Aron Coliete.

Next episode: Monday, November 10th, “Villains.”

AVENGERS

CBR News has the press release for the new picture as well as “Iron Man 2.”

Ain’t It Cool News has an interview with producer Jon Favreau.

Release date: July 15, 2001.

SMALLVILLE

Could this be the face of the future? Kryptonsite has a new rumor about who could be Saturn Girl.

Also, how about a new video clip from this week’s episode.

Next episode: October 30th, “Identity.”

VILLAINS

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Universal has acquired the movie rights to the Viper Comics’ graphic novel. Sean Bailey is producing via his company Idealogy, and their Matt Smith is executive producing. Viper Comics’ Jessie Garza will co-produce.

No release date announced.
