Margot Robbie is tentatively set to play Harley Quinn in three upcoming films in the DC Extended Universe: Suicide Squad 2, Gotham City Sirens and a film focusing on the Joker and Harley Quinn. Now, Robbie has said that she isn't certain which movie she'll appear in next.RELATED: Batman: The Animated Series - When Batgirl Asked Harley Quinn THAT Question"I think next year I'll be back in the fishnets wielding a baseball bat," Robbie told the Wrap at the Toronto International Film Festival. However, when asked which movie it would be, she said, "your guess is as good as mine at this point. I don't know."

It's likely that Robbie will continue her tenure as Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad 2 as there are reports that the studio is fast-tracking production of the movie. It's set to start filming in the fall of 2018 and already has a writer and director in Gavin O'Connor (The Accountant), who is replacing David Ayer.

The DCEU's upcoming slate has also caused some confusion for another actor involved in the productions: Jared Leto, who plays the Joker. Leto expressed confusion about Joker's cinematic future earlier this month. Although rumors swirled that the Joker and Harley Quinn film would replace Gotham City Sirens, that rumor has since been debunked.
