Spoiler alert: It looks like DC Comics' Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy just may be a bad influence on Archie Comics' Betty and Veronica.

The two famous comic book duos will meet this October in the Harley & Ivy Meet Betty & Veronica six-issue crossover miniseries, from writers Paul Dini (the co-creator of Harley Quinn) and Marc Andreyko (Love Is Love) and artist Laura Braga. Along with the previously revealed main cover by Amanda Conner, issue #1 will also have a variant illustrated by comics superstar and current Betty & Veronica artist Adam Hughes, seen first on CBR.

Based on the cover, it looks like lovable criminals Harley and Ivy have gotten the relatively wholesome team of Betty and Veronica into some trouble and onto a police lineup -- even if Veronica thinks her rich dad, Hiram Lodge, can help pull some legal strings. Mr. Lodge actually plays a major part in the plot of Harley & Ivy Meet Betty & Veronica, as Andreyko told CBR in an interview this past July.

"Hiram Lodge is draining the wetlands to build a university out of the 'goodness of his heart,'" Andreyko explained. "In this world, Gotham and Riverdale are very close to one another so Ivy goes to try and kidnap Veronica Lodge, and Harley’s just along for the fun of it. It’s a roadtrip."

Harley & Ivy Meet Betty & Veronica #1 is scheduled for release on Oct. 4.
