Details on Berry's character are still under wraps, although she's not believed to portray an antagonist. The John Wick sequel is now filming in New York City with returning director Chad Stahelski at the helm.

Picking up directly after the events of John Wick: Chapter 2, the sequel has the titular hitman attempting to flee New York City after a $14 million open contract is placed on his head for killing of a high-ranking member of the series' secret assassin order on the grounds of the Continental, a safe haven for assassins around the world. With rival assassins stalking him from the shadows and his allies having abandoned him, Wick must fight his way out of New York if he hopes to survive.

John Wick: Chapter 3 opens May 17, 2019.
