Judy Greer and Cheryl Hines have joined star Woody Harrelson and Laura Dern on "Wilson," an adaptation of Daniel Clowes' graphic novel of the same title. Deadline reports that the two newcomers have joined the Fox Searchlight film as it begins production in Minnesota.

Released in 2010, "Wilson" tells the story of a middle-age man (Harrelson) who attempts to reconcile with his ex-wife (Dern) following the death of his father. "Wilson" is set to be the third film based on a work by Clowes, following 2001's "Ghost World" and 2006's "Art School Confidential." The famed cartoonist wrote the screenplay for "Wilson," as he did for the previous two films.

Alexander Payne, who has been attached to the film since 2010 and at one point was reported to potentially direct, will produce along with Jim Taylor and Jim Burke, of Payne's production company Ad Hominem Enterprises. "Spider-Man" and "Evil Dead" vet Sam Raimi is also on board as a producer.
