Trumpeting the yearlong 10th-anniversary celebration of its Graphix imprint, Scholastic has announced new projects from Jennifer L. Holm and Matthew Holm, Kazu Kibuishi, Raina Telgemeier and Mike Maihack.

The brother-sister team of Jennifer L. Holm and Matthew Holm (Babymouse, Squish) have created a Sunny Side Up, a semi-autobiographical for readers ages 8 to 12, set for release Aug. 25, the same date as Craig Thompson's previously announced Space Dumplins.

Telgemeier, whose memoirs Smile and Sisters have a combined 2.9 million copies in print, has sold Scholastic a nonfiction family story, a collection of short stories and a fictional graphic novel.

The publisher also acquired two more installments of the bestselling Amulet series, plus an untitled graphic novel, by Kibuishi, and books 3 and 4 in Maihack's Cleopatra in Space series.

In addition, next month Graphix is publishing the BONE #1: Out from Boneville Tribute Edition, celebrating the color edition of Jeff Smith's beloved fantasy adventure that launched the imprint in 2005.  The special edition contains a new illustrated poem by Smith, plus tribute art -- minicomics and pinups -- from 16 creators.
