Sideshow Collectibles is bringing the Spirit of Vengeance to collectors everywhere. The figure, which ships late this year, boasts high articulation and comes in at 12 inches tall.

Sideshow has meticulously sculpted the Johnny Blaze version of the character; the new statue wears Johnny's signature motorcycle jacket and even has a belt buckle engraved with the stunt rider's initials. Like his comic book counterpart, Sideshow's Ghost Rider has a flaming skull like a corona of fire that creeps down his skeletal neck.

Sideshow's figures usually ship with a collection of interchangeable hands, and Ghost Rider is no exception. Johnny Blaze comes with "Hellfire Hands," complete with flaming fists to match his fiery head. He also comes with Johnny's signature weapon, a long steel-dart tipped chain whip.

According to the Official Marvel Handbook, Johnny Blaze is 5 foot 10 inches in human form, but 6 foot 2 inches in Ghost Rider form. If you average the two heights, that's an even 6 feet, which makes the figure one-sixth scale. The figure also comes with a stand to help you maximize posing options.

Ghost Rider originally appeared in "Marvel Spotlight" #5 in 1972 and has been a Marvel mainstay ever since, particularly Johnny Blaze and his Ghost Riding successors. Nic Cage played him in a pair of over-the-top live action movies, and "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." devoted half of its most recent season to Johnny's successor Robbie Reyes.

Expect the figure to ship very late this year, or -- at the latest -- by February of 2018. This Ghost Rider is now available for pre-order and costs $219.99.
